Self-Love Challenge
Starting on March 1, 2025, A Self-Love Challenge will begin. This is a pretty lengthy challenge so you must be prepared and committed to see the results you are after.

As part of this self-love challenge I will be introducing journal prompts weekly and discussion topics daily. There is a private group where everyone participating will communicate and be in community.
This challenge is designed to increase your self-awareness, enhance the level of self-love you display to yourself, and bring insight and clarity for you and your most valued relationships.

Mending Your Heart Ritual
During this Ritual, we will use Kintsugi, a traditional art/potty craft to mend our wounded or broken hearts. Priestess Olá Iyá Ifášebèé, shares her first ever ritual and how she healed from heartbreak using Kintsugi and Spiritual practices. All Supplies are included in this Ritual.
