I recommend the Achy Body Bath Tea and Intention Setting Spray! After a couple hours of martial arts class I had sore hip flexors. I made a hot bath and cleansed my bathroom with the intention setting spray. 30 minutes after my oasis, my hip flexors were ready for action!
